Uniting Communities Through Art & Media

Christina Artwell started The Artwell Creative in 2018 with one goal: to create real access for the people and projects that often get overlooked. We’re a creative studio and consulting agency that helps artists, nonprofits, and small businesses bring their stories to life—whether through events, media, or community-centered campaigns.

We’re based in Brooklyn, but the work reaches far beyond it. From neighborhood showcases to full-scale activations, we collaborate with folks across NYC and beyond who are doing powerful work and need the strategy, visuals, and support to match.

When you work with us, you’re not just hiring a team—you’re aligning with a mission. Every project we take on is about making sure our clients feel seen, supported, and ready to show up strong. And when they shine, so does the community around them.

We build with care. We move with intention. And we show up with the tools, the talent, and the strategy to make it all work.

THE FOUNDER

Christina Artwell is the founder and principal strategist behind The Artwell Creative—a Brooklyn-born agency dedicated to equity-centered storytelling and experiential production. With roots in fashion, events, entertainment, and music, Christina launched this agency to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, particularly for creatives and entrepreneurs who are often overlooked.

Through The Artwell Creative, she’s led initiatives that amplify BIPOC voices, support small businesses, and deliver community-centered campaigns with real impact. The agency offers a range of services including consulting, creative direction, staffing, brand development, and project management—all while mentoring emerging talent and cultivating platforms where people can be seen, heard, and supported.

Christina’s work is guided by a passion for connection, culture, and community—whether she’s curating a pop-up, coaching a founder, or launching a neighborhood-wide campaign. Her mission is simple: build spaces where creativity isn’t just celebrated, but sustained.
